*New attack: Boko Haram kill Chinese National, abduct another in Cameroon

Members of the dreaded Islamic group, Boko Haram, attacked a Chinese plant in Northern Cameroon close to Waza local government, killing one Chinese national, and abducting another.
The governor of the North province, Augustine Fonka Awa confirmed the attack but refused to further give details on the issue.
The Police officer who spoke on condition of anonymity said on Saturday that “Boko Haram Islamists attacked a camp (of road workers). A Chinese was killed. Ten Chinese cannot be found since the attack. We think they have probably been kidnapped.”
Meanwhile, British Foreign Secretary, William Hague, has criticized the Nigerian military, saying it’s not well structure to combat the insurgents.
He said: “Nigerian security forces have not been well structured” to deal with the threat posed by Islamist militants Boko Haram.
Hague added that he would be seeking to make sure his country cooperate with other nations to make sure the more than 200 abducted students of Chibok, kidnapped by the insurgents are rescued.
The Foreign Secretary is to join a meeting with African natons today to discuss the fight against the militant group.
