President Goodluck Jonathan who has just returned from Paris Summit, summoned a meeting of security chiefs today in Abuja, over Kano blast.
He ordered the Security chiefs to act quickly and thoroughly investigate those behind the attack.
The President urge Nigerians to remain united against the Al-Qaeda of West Africa (Boko Haram) and all the enemies of the state.
Meanwhile, the Nigerian soldiers are still combing the Sambisa forest looking for the more than 200 students of Government Secondary School, that was abducted by the insurgents on April 14, from their hostels at night.
The abduction has attracted criticism from home and abroad resulting to some Nigerians requesting the President to resign his office over what they referred as incompetency and inability to protect the citizens.
