The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Public Affairs, Doyin Okupe has, as usual, taken on the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Gen. Muhammadu Buhari popularly called by his millions fans as GMB.
Okupe in his series of tweet gathered by NAIJA CENTER NEWS on Thursday, said Buhari who has not been able to change himself cannot change Nigeria at 73.
He said the former dictator has low intellect, poor qualification to be a tool of change in a country like Nigeria.
