An Egyptian Court on Saturday sentenced former President Hosni Mubarak to three years in prison in a retrial on charges of corruption.
The Criminal Court also gave a similar sentence to each of his two sons, Alaa and Gamal, and ordered the three to pay a fine of 125 million Egyptian pounds (16.4 million dollars).
The case is linked to charges that Mubarak and his two sons spent more than 100 million Egyptian pounds of state money on their private residences.
It was not immediately clear if the ruling could be appealed.
Mubarak, 87 ruled Egypt for nearly 30 years until a popular revolution forced him from power in 2011.
He also received a three year sentence on the charges last year, with his sons jailed for four years each.
