Oshiomhole receives investigative report on suspended Owan LG Chairman

Edo State Governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole has received the report of the panel that investigated the series of allegations leveled against the suspended Owan West Local Government Chairman, Godwin Aigbodion.

The governor said he will submit the report to the state House of Assembly after studying the findings and recommendations.

The governor said “I assure you, we will go through it. Once again, on behalf me myself and my colleagues in government, i want to thank the investigating members”

Chairman of the panel, Chief Tom Uloko said though the tasking, the panel covered all the necessary great areas and hope that appropriate action to check executive recklessness will be taken for future occurrence as well as create the need for the excutive to be prudent and accountable.

The governor set up the panel on the 15th of April in the wake of the crisis between the executive and legislative arm of Owan west local government which led to the suspension of the Chairman, Godwin Aigbogion for financial impropriety.
