As the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is trying to understand what led to the defection of its members in the higher level of the legislature on Tuesday, another set has dumped the ruling party.
PDP members in the House of Representative has continued to reduced in numbers as the General election is around the corner.
Eight members of the PDP defected to the APC and SDP in Abuja on Wednesday.
Senators Atiku Bagudu (Kebbi Central); Bassey Otu (Cross River South); Banabas Gemade (Benue North East); Mohammed Magoro ( Kebbi South); Nurudeen Abatemi-Usman ( Kogi Central); Helen Esuene (Akwa Ibom); Ita Enang (Akwa Ibom North East ); Ahmed Zannah (Borno Central ) and Saidu Alkali (Gombe North) dumped PDP for APC on Tuesday.
