The Executive Secretary of Adamawa State Emergency Management Agency (ADSEMA) Haruna Furo has confirmed that five persons were killed in another bomb blast in Madagali town of Madagali Local Government Area of the state leaving several people injured.

He said the bomb was detonated by a female suicide bomber, resulting in killing herself and 4 others while several people sustained various degrees of injurious.
Furo explained on a telephone chat with THISDAY that the incident occurred in the morning of Friday almost the same time with the Malkohi bomb blast, adding that he perceived that the same group would have masterminded the second bomb blasts in the state.
Adamawa state commissioner of Information, Ahmed Sajoh has also confirmed the bomb blast in Madagali Local government area of Adamawa state as he said the casualties are yet to be ascertained .
He disclosed this to journalists in Yola , Adamawa state capital on Friday as he said the bomb blast occurred in the morning hours of yesterday (today) adding that the government was working with some humanitarian agencies in the area to get the details.
