Releasing of Rivers Bombardier aircraft not exciting - Rivers State Government

By Ehi Ekhator

Rivers State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has said that it was not a surprising news to hear that the Federal Government of Nigeria finally released the state-owned Bombardier aircraft as there was no justifiable reason to hold it.

This was contained in a statement by the state Publicity Secretary, Mr. Chris Fineborn.

Chris said that the story that would have made the people of rivers state excited were the return of Soku oil wells and other things allegedly given to other states, and the government to resume work on Train 7 of the Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas, NLNG, Bonny in Rivers State.

The statement read: “APC Rivers State Chapter, received the news of release of the Rivers State Government-owned Bombardier aircraft by the federal authorities without any excitement whatsoever.”
