Wike, yesterday in Port Harcourt, after receiving his certificate of return from the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, said that his administration will reach out to the needs of the entire Rivers people without bias, irrespective of party affiliation.
He promised not to witch-hunt anybody in his administration, stressing that he will not use the time meant for the development of the state to witch-hunt his political opponents.
Meanwhile, the former vice chairman of the PDP, Rivers State, Ohuondu Onuchukwu, who expressed happiness with the victory of PDP in the state, has said that the party has survived four years of estrangement.
Onuchukwu said that Rivers PDP has regained its stolen mandate through a stiff battle. He urged the All Progressives Congress, APC to concede defeat in the interest of the state.
