The Rivers State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Bro Felix Obuah has condemned in strong term the kidnap of the immediate past President of the Nigerian Bar Association and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria Okey Wali by yet to be identified gunmen
The Chairman of PDP Bro Felix Obuah has also demanded for his immediate and unconditional release.
He describes his abduction as barbaric, criminal and an ungrateful manner to show appreciate for the selfless sacrifices of Mr Wali in the growth, development, peace and justice of Rivers State and Nigeria at large.
“I pray those who are holding Okey Wali captive to release him immediately and unconditionally” Bro Obuah appealed.
The PDP Chairman ascribes the high rate of insecurity in Rivers State to the collapse of Governor Rotimi Amaechi’s administration.
According to him “the absence of the judicial in Rivers State has totally given rise to criminality, as the police cannot prosecute culprits arrested”
The PDP Chairman describes Governor Rotimi Amaechi as a heartless dictator who sees his people being killed, kidnapped, attacked and wounded daily and does nothing about it.
