Residents of Erediauwa in Sapele road, Ikpoba Okha local government area in Benin City have cried to the state government to intervene on the bad road.
Many shops owners and businesses in the area also complained on how their businesses suffering due to the bad road.
According to a businesswoman who complained to NAIJA CENTER NEWS, who simply identified herself as Chichi, mama osas, said that government officials still come to collect taxes and other levies without finding solution to the problem.
The residents complained that they have heard of the state governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole promising to award the contract for years, but all to no avail.
The business owners and residents express their appreciation to President Muhammadu Buhari in the area of electricity supply in the area, adding that there have been improvement recently.
