Habiba Abubakar shares 1 million to fans over Buhari"s victory

In her own way of celebrating the victory of General Muhammadu Buhari who emerged as the President-elect in the just concluded Presidential election, a multiple award meaning UN Peace Ambassador, and the Chairperson, Elderly and The Poor (EAP), Hajia Habiba Abubakr has decided to share N1, 000, 000 (One million naira) to her fans.

According to the post on her FanPage, Habiba listed 21 names to benefit from the N1m.

NAIJA CENTER NEWS could recall that the philanthropist had, during Gen. Buhari’s election campaign, donated One million naira to Buhari.

When our correspondent called her on phone yesterday, she almost couldn’t talk with us as she said she has been crying over the victory of the election.

According to the post on her Fanpage “Out of happiness for this election result, I intend to to give out one million Naira free to our people most especially those active on EAP page, by liking and dropping comments.

“The support you give us here is really appreciated, Jonathan is a hero I tell you, am in tears my brothers and sisters so less share mooooooooneyyyyyyyyy just send your act numbers and you will see transfer from Khadijah’s acct is from EAP.

The multiple award winning U.N Ambassador , Hajia Habiba Abubakar has been presented with the Award for her humanitarian service via her NGO organization.

She received the award in Nigeria Goodwill Ambassador, 2014,held at Ladi Kwali Hall, Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Abuja, on November 1, 2014. The award is given out every year in recognition of an “individual in the motion picture industry whose humanitarian efforts have brought credit to the society .”

The founder of Elderly and the Poor, a non profitable organization that builds affordable home for low income people and less privilege people has won several other awards including a United Nations recognition award for her good works..

The Abuja-based socialite woman got the gold honour award for best NGO 2014 for her contributions to the elderly, the poor and struggling families.

Habiba Abubakar Bags African Legacy Of The Year in Los Angeles

Multiple award winning United Nation ambassador, Chairperson Elderly and the Poor, Habiba Abubakar was awarded by African Legacy in Los Angeles, California for her humanitarian services on Tuesday.

The kind and philanthropic Ambassador started her non-governmental organisation out of passion in 2006, helping the elderly, the poor and mostly the children and has over the years, grown from grass to grace.

Elderly and the Poor is an outstanding organisation in Nigeria that is self sponsored by Habiba Abubakar unlike many humanitarian organisations that sort for financial assistance.

In her speech, Habiba revealed to the crowed that she has bought five hectares of land worth N250,000,000 to build school for the orphans and elderly home for the elders in her continued struggle to help the poor people in Nigeria,

She said ”It is a great pleasure to be here in LosAngeles to received this humanitarian award. In 2006 when I started this NGO I have never thought it would be this big because I was simply doing what I love, my passion, it was never for an award.

”Thank God today Foundation For the elderly and the poor is reaching a lot of places with many fans all around. It has gone far and wide, it makes me proud of myself, and I stand here today to donate a plot of land in Abuja Airport road to build a subsidised School for the less privilege children.A plot five hectors in size bought for 250,000,0000 Naira only ( two hundred and fifty million Naira only) to build a school and an elderly home for the less privileged”

She added that if such school existed in Nigeria, it would assist many families in many ways. A revelation that led to almost an unending ovation until the organizer appealed to the crowed for continuation.

It could be recalled that in her fight for the underprivileged, Habiba had written a letter to the President of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan, copying Senate President, David Mark and the Speaker of the House of Assembly, Aminu Tambuwal requesting him to make schools and health care free for children and the poor in Nigeria.

Speaking with Naija Center News (NCN) She said: “I Say Goodluck Jonathan is Insane with 2015 Elections that nothing matters to him any more.

“Goodluck Jonathan is a disaster to Nigeria as a whole. 200 People bombed in Abuja, 200 young children taken in their sleep to unknown destination and yet this PDP heartless leader could still go out campaigning and even dancing.”

She called on Nigerian Generals, Major Generals, Air Marshall, Admirals to do everything within their powers to overthrow Jonathan’s administration, who she said does not have feelings for its people.

Habiba said that President Jonathan is heartless, careless for the common man in Nigeria and gradually turning Nigeria into Pakistan, Afghanistan, Sudan and Somalia.

“Where are those Nigerian Generals, and Major Generals, Air-visa Marshall, rare Admirals please come out and over throw this government who has no feelings for its people,  who careless about the common man in Nigeria,  please come and over throw this government who are heartless, they are slowly turning Nigeria in to Pakistan, Afghanistan , Sudan and Somalia”, she said.

She  berated the President for dancing in Kano while Nigeria was heartbroken.

“Look at them dancing in Kano, they dare not go to Kano alone they had to import people from neighbouring States to make it look they are welcomed, funny. This people are animals first class with their big stomachs full of evil dancing!! Did you hear me dancing!!!!!!!

“Three people were short in a School in America, Obama was on air condoling the families,and offering support to the community, cancelled all his plans for the day to pay respect to them, but Jonathan and his people are dancing in Kano.
