It’s still no more news that Nollywood has yet lost another great actor.Tributes are coming in from top celebrities in the  industry for their late friend and colleague Actor Muna Obiekwe who died of kidney related illness on the 18th of January

The Actor who was a very private person left behind a young wife and 2 cute kids.

He Stared in so many movies, one of which is (MEN IN LOVE) where he played a very controversial role and perfectly interpreted his character.

Nollywood stars are sending in their condolences, see some of them below

Nigeria celebrity and one of the known Nollywood actress, Genevieve Nnanji said ” My heart goes out to Muna’s family and loved ones. He was a gifted actor with a good heart. Rest in Peace Muna Ibiekwe. You will be missed.”

Actor John Dumelo said “Worlds can’t explain how i am feeling at this point. You were a great actor. When we worked together 4yers ago in Lagos, you played your role so well and professionally i was hoping we would work again together soon. God knows best, Rest in peace Muna.”

Actor Mike Ezuruonye, one of those who had earlier made the announce of his death said ” So sad… Muna why,……..oh why… R.I.P bro. Nollywood looses another.. Why”

Yvonne Okoro, an actress said ” RIP Muna.. Just heard the news.. didn’t know you personally but i always loved to watch you come alive on our screens. God knows Best and my condolences to your family. God keep them in these trying times.”

Another icon in the industry, Ini Edo who also expressed her sadness over the death of the actor said ” Oh lord, i am heartbroken to say the least. I know we ain’t supposed to question God, i just can’t help this one…. His little kids and young wife… where do they go from here? RIP Muna Obekwe, you were a good happy jolly good fellow. Worked with you on several projects and i sincerely can’t remember you having issues with anyone. You will be missed. I can’t still believe this.

Controversial Nollywood actor and a singer, Tonto Dikeh who had also acted with the deceased, said ” Death ends a life not a relationship”

NAIJA CENTER NEWS also condole with the wife and kids and the rest of hi families. Pray that God keep them safe through this trying period.

The ceremony took place in Lekki, Lagos yesterday as make believe celebrities and the singers were all there to grace the occasion.

It could be recalled that few months ago, social media was agog with the news of the celebrity after she divorced her husband.

Popular Nollywood Actress,  Ini Edo finally broke the silence on her divorce with US based husband.

She took to twitter to let her fans and public know she is officially divorced by calling her husband “ex husband”.She went ahead to clear the rumour making rounds that she was cheating on her husband.

From her tweet yesterday evening, it seems it’s actually good bye with the once beautiful couple.

Divorce is now so common but that doesn’t remove the fact that it’s also heartbreaking and emotion wrecking, I wish both of them a happy life even as they have gone separate ways.

Actress Ini Edo marriage hits the rock

According to the information reaching NAIJA CENTER NEWS, Nigerian actress, Ini Edo marriage to her America based husband Philip Eghiawina has ended.

Ini and Philip got married in the US in a beautiful ceremony in 2008, and the union produced no child.

The source who close to the actress has revealed that the marriage ended due to irreconcilable differences from strong allegations of “serial cheating with strong evidence” and that the couple are just pretending to still be on talking terms

It is also been alleged that Philip Eghiawina demanded to have back the bride price he paid to the Actress family to marry her, and the family of Ini Edo granted his wishes.
