The Nigerian music duo “psquare” lost their loving father on the 24th November 2014.
The family of Okoye is yet to release a press statement on the death of their aged father
The news of Mr Okoye was made known by Lola Omotayo who is wide to one of the music duo Peter Okoye.
She shared a picture of her father inlaw and added a tribute as her caption earlier today on her instagram page,See her tribute below
Her words “Our dearest grandpa Jos, it was just a week ago we were all hanging around you, your grandchildren were running around you and playing with you. Cameron, Andre, Aliona all wondering why you have a cast on your leg, Cameron was playing with your crutches.
Your warm smile and your energy kept us going, we were all happy that you were strong, you made us a laugh, this was the last thing we ever imaged. We are still in shock but we cannot question God as he knows best. May your gentle soul rest n perfect peace our “grandpa Jos” We miss you already, RIP the best father in-law”
May the soul of Mr Okoye rest in peace and our condolences goes to the Okoye family.
Another source reveals Mr Okoye fell and died and had surgery recently on his knee and was preparing for physiotherapy.This is 2yrs after the music stars “psquare” lost their mother.
